Frequently asked questions
How do I add the connector to Claude?
Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, with the URL https://www.answe.com/mcp. Works on every Claude plan, no authentication needed.
How do I add it to ChatGPT?
Turn on Developer mode (Settings → Security and login), then create a plugin from the Plugins page with the URL https://www.answe.com/mcp and authentication set to “No authentication”. Requires Pro, Plus, or Business.
Do I need an Answe account?
Not to create and share a widget. You create a free account only when you claim it — that connects incoming answers to your chat inbox.
Can I edit a widget the assistant created?
Yes. After claiming, it’s a normal Answe question: edit the copy, add fields, attach automatic replies, take payments, or turn it into a full booking flow.
