How It Works
Setting Up Reservations
- Create a question with a booking action
- Configure your availability:
- Business hours (opening and closing times)
- Time slot intervals (15, 30, or 60 minutes)
- Buffer time between reservations
- Add rooms or resources if applicable
The Booking Experience
- Select a date — Calendar shows available dates
- Choose a time — Available time slots displayed for the selected date
- Pick a room/resource — If multiple rooms are configured
- Fill in details — Name, contact info, notes
- Confirm — Booking confirmed with a summary
Automatic Conflict Prevention
- The system checks for overlapping reservations in real-time
- Buffer time between bookings prevents back-to-back scheduling
- Rooms/resources are only shown when available
