Alternative
Calendly alternative for salons and barbers
Calendly is built for meetings: it syncs a calendar and lets someone pick a free slot. A salon books services, not meetings — a cut and colour is two hours with one chair, a beard trim is twenty minutes with any chair. This page is for a salon or barber that wants bookings from one link without a per-seat subscription.
Free plan. No credit card required.

Where Calendly is better
- Calendar sync. Google, Outlook and iCloud two-way sync, with buffers and round-robin across a team, is Calendly’s core and it is deep.
- Reminders and rescheduling. Automatic reminder emails and self-service rescheduling are mature.
- Integrations. Zoom, Stripe, HubSpot, Zapier and hundreds more.
Where Answe is better
- Service first, then time. The client picks the service with its price and duration, then a day and time; the booking carries the service, not just a slot.
- One link for everything. Bookings, "do you have anything today?", gift-card questions and product orders all land in the same inbox and the same app.
- Flat price, no seats. A salon with four chairs pays one plan, not four.

Does Answe sync with my Google Calendar?
Bookings are written to Answe’s own calendar with conflict detection, and you get each one in the inbox and the app. Calendar sync to Google or Outlook is not part of the booking action today; if two-way sync is a must, Calendly is the better fit.
Can clients pick a stylist?
Yes. A stylist or chair is a catalog your clients pick from before the time; each has its own availability.
Is there a per-seat price?
No. One plan covers the salon, however many chairs.
What does Calendly do better?
Two-way calendar sync, round-robin across a team, automatic reminders and a large integration catalogue. For meetings it is the better tool.
