How it works

Product Catalogs — Manage Your Product Data

Introduction

Product catalogs are the data layer behind your online store, forms, and actions. Use the visual catalog editor to manage products, form fields, and configuration data with spreadsheet-like editing, grid views, and CSV export.

How It Works

Catalog Editor

Open the catalog editor to manage your data:

  • Sheet View — Spreadsheet-like editing. Click any cell to edit. Add rows and columns as needed.
  • Grid View — Card-based layout showing product images, names, and prices. Best for visual product management.
  • List View — Table layout for scanning many items quickly.
  • Designer View — For forms, visually arrange and configure form fields.
  • Settings View — Configure catalog behavior (currency, delivery, tax).

Managing Products

Add products with:

  • Name and description
  • Price (supports size variants with different prices)
  • Category for filtering
  • Images
  • Status (active/inactive)
  • Custom fields as needed

CSV Export

Export your catalog as CSV for backup or external processing.

Stock Management

Track inventory directly from the catalog:

  • Current stock levels
  • Reserved quantities
  • Low stock alerts

Key Benefits

  • Multiple views — Sheet, grid, list, designer — use whichever works best
  • Visual editing — Click-to-edit spreadsheet interface
  • Flexible schema — Add custom fields to match your needs
  • CSV export — Download your data anytime
  • Stock tracking — Built-in inventory management
  • Used everywhere — Products, forms, and actions all use the same catalog system

Getting Started

  1. Create a question with a shopping or form action
  2. Open the catalog editor from the option menu
  3. Add your products or form fields
  4. Save and your widget updates immediately
