School parents association event RSVP widget
One link for the spring fair — who is coming, how many and what they need, counted for you instead of in a spreadsheet.
a school parents association used to demonstrate the rsvp template
What this template is for
Every school parents association runs events, and every event has the same problem: the headcount lives in replies, comments and messages. This RSVP flow gives parents three buttons and a short form, and gives you a list that updates itself.
You get who is coming, who can help and what they can bring, counted automatically — and because each answer is a chat, you can message the "maybe"s the day before or tell the "yes"es where to park.
Share the link in a group chat, an email or a post; embed it on the events page. Duplicate the flow for the next event and keep the history.
What it asks
The first thing a customer sees: “Are you coming to the spring fair?”

Questions
Do guests need an account?
No. They tap one button and type their name; nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Can I see who said yes?
Yes. Every answer is in your inbox with the name and the details, and the counts per answer are in the flow’s analytics.
Can I message everyone who is coming?
Each RSVP is a chat you can reply to. If guests left an email, they get your message there too.
Can I reuse it for the next event?
Duplicate the flow from the builder — the questions stay, the answers start fresh.
Every plan runs this template. Pay for volume, not features.
