Church ceremony booking form
Take real ceremony bookings for baptism and wedding from one link — the slot is reserved the moment the member confirms, and it lands in your inbox.

What this template is for
A family wants to book a baptism in June and ask about the ceremony; a group wants the hall on Wednesdays. This template is the ceremony booking flow for exactly that moment: the member taps the service, picks a day and time, leaves an email and gets an instant confirmation.
It is a working reservation, not a request form. The booking is written to your calendar with conflict detection — two members cannot take the same slot — and you get the occasion, the date and the family’s details in one thread. The confirmation email goes out automatically; anything else you handle in the same chat.
Use it as the link in your Instagram bio, on your Google Business Profile or embedded on your website. Add your opening hours and resources in the builder to shape which slots can be picked, and a payment or deposit step when you are ready.
What it asks
The first thing a customer sees: “What would you like to book?”
How to use it
- Tap "Use this template" — the flow is copied into your free Answe account with these services and the reservation action already wired.
- Rename the services to match your church and set your availability (opening hours, resources) in the builder if you want slots limited.
- Put your link in your Instagram bio and Google profile, or paste the embed on your website.
- Every ceremony appears in your calendar and inbox; move, confirm or cancel it from the web or the Answe app.
Questions
Is this a real booking or just a form?
A real booking. The reservation action writes the slot to your calendar with conflict detection, sends the member a confirmation and opens a chat you can continue. You can add an availability calendar, a deposit or a reminder in the builder.
Do members need an account to book?
No. They tap the buttons and fill the short form; only you have an account. You decide which details to ask for.
Where do the ceremonys go?
Into your reservations calendar, your Answe inbox and the iOS app, with a notification. Each one is a chat you can continue — confirm, ask a question or move the time.
Can I put it on my website?
Yes. Copy the embed snippet from your question settings and paste it on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow or plain HTML. The share link works on its own too.
