What this template is for

Most bike shops only hear from the riders who are delighted or furious, and usually in public. This flow asks everyone the same simple question at the moment it matters — on a card at the workshop, a QR code, or a link in the follow-up message.

Happy riders are nudged towards a public review; anyone who taps "not good" gets a personal reply from you in the same chat, where the problem can be fixed quietly.

Answers arrive in your inbox with the comment and, if they left one, an email address. The counts per answer are in the flow’s analytics, so you see the trend, not just the loudest voice.

How to use it

Questions

Is the feedback anonymous?

The name and email are optional on the positive answers, so a rider can answer without identifying themselves. The "not good" path asks for a name so you can reply.

Can I see the results as numbers?

Yes. The flow’s analytics show how many chose each answer over time; the comments are in your inbox.

Can it send happy customers to Google reviews?

Yes — put your review link in the "Great" message, or use a redirect action to open it directly.

Does it work on a printed QR code?

Yes. Every flow has a share link; print it as a QR for the counter, the receipt or the table.
