What this template is for
Every sports club runs events, and every event has the same problem: the headcount lives in replies, comments and messages. This RSVP flow gives players three buttons and a short form, and gives you a list that updates itself.
You get a headcount that updates itself, or the player, age and experience for a trial — and because each answer is a chat, you can message the "maybe"s the day before or tell the "yes"es where to park.

Can I message everyone who is coming?
Each RSVP is a chat you can reply to. If guests left an email, they get your message there too.
Can I reuse it for the next event?
